It is with profound sadness, the family of Paula Louise Boudreau (nee Henderson) wishes to announce her passing on September 8, 2024 at her home, of natural causes. Paula was born November 20, 1963 to parents George Edison and Marion Hannah (nee Darroch) Henderson of Westville, N.S. Paula leaves behind to mourn; her husband Steven of 40 years, her daughters Megan Stewart (Jason), Kristin Boudreau (Sandy), Hannah Boudreau and her son Justin Boudreau, along with her grandchildren Anna and Reid who were her pride and joy. She also leaves behind her father George Henderson, sister Linda MacLeod (James) and their daughter Sydney Sutherland (Ryan). Her mother-in-law Beverly Boudreau, brother in-law Chris Boudreau and his son Adam as well as all her numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. In her youth Paula was active in sports such as volleyball, curling, baseball, and was also a member of CGIT and Denvegan Girls Pipe band. Paula was a dedicated employee of Michelin Tire for the past 34 years, where she forged many friendships and was loved by her co-workers. Paula made friends instantly throughout her life with her bubbly demeanor and her big personality. She was always able to make you laugh with her own infectious laughter, making her heard before seen. Paula was always the life of the party wherever she attended, and was a selfless individual to a fault, always helping others before herself. BOUDREAU, Paula Ann, Petit de Grat It is with broken hearts that we announce the death of our mother, grandmother, and sister, Paula Boudreau of Petit de Grat, who passed away at the Strait Richmond Hospital in Evanston on July 29, 2023. Born, July 20, 1948, in Arichat, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Violet (DeCoste) Boudreau. Paula is survived by her daughter Leigh Ann White (Ryan), Lower Sackville; son Daniel Austin White (Cheryl), Taiwan; grandson Austin Joseph White, Taiwan; brother Phil Boudreau (Celeste), St Peter’s. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers Stanley, Laurier, and Vernon. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation per request. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 5th, at 11 am in the Star of the Sea Cemetery, Petit de Grat with Rev. John DeCoste officiating. Memorial donations can be made to the Pay It Forward Angel Fund. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to C.H. Boudreau Funeral Home Ltd., Arichat. She loved to collect antiques and was always there to help anyone in need. She is survived by her husband Sam; children Kevin (Karen) Boudreau, Frank (Paula) Boudreau, Karen (Bruce) Morgan, and David (Angela) Boudreau; 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; brother Teddy (Helen) Barkhouse; sisters Doreen Stewart, Jean Behie, Catherine Smiley and a very close friend Joyce MacDonald.
